With this fourth batch of Sloe Gin, we are continuing to evolve our production process. In order to access the most concentrated sloe flavor we need to press the juice from the berries, after allowing them to macerate in gin. Previously, this has been an incredibly physical, time consuming, and sticky step. But, with the addition of our new and improved bladder press, we are able to work much more efficiently. This means more Sloe Gin for all!
